We are appointed by The United States District Court to represent individuals in a variety of circumstances. They include:

Violations of supervised release, probation, or federal parole.
Witness representation.
Ancillary proceedings.
Rule 20 and Rule 40 cases.
Rule 35 cases.
Post conviction actions.
Appeals to the United States of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court (civil and criminal).
